1. Modified (on knees) push-ups or full push-ups while watching TV

Next time you are at home watching your favorite TV show, do 15-20 pushups. You will be surprised at how great of a workout it is. Start with full pushups and once those get too hard, drop on your knees and keep going!
2. Dips on a chair or coffee table

The side of a coffee table or the edge of a chair work great. You just have to make sure it wont flip over on you. Make sure your arms, not your legs, do the lifting! 15 to 20 reps (Repeat 3X) - This one is truly a killer!

3. Full plank while talking on phone

Another great and easy to perform exercise is a full plank. Plank for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds (Repeat 3X)

4. Walking lunges in your hallway

Go down the hallway and back (Repeat 3X)

5. Squats while washing hair in shower
